The WHS Celebrates Juneteenth - June 21 11am to 2:30pm

Walpack Historical Society in cooperation with the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area NPS, will honor the history of African American Residents in Walpack Township in observance of the new Federal Holiday of Juneteenth on Friday, June 21, 2024 from 11 am – 2:30 pm. Van Campen Day 2023

Hours: 12-4pm Join us on October 8, 2023 for our annual Van Campen Day. At the Van Campen Inn, starting at 1pm, there are guided hikes to historic cemeteries Clark, Shapanack and the Black/Slave cemeteries.
